It is imperative to have good personal, ear, ear canal and oral hygiene.
  • No piercing on minors not accompanied by a legal guardian.
    No Swimming (swimming pool, lake, pond, ocean, sea ......) for 1 month.
    No Sauna, SPA, Hammam, Jacuzzi ........ for 1 month.
    No piercing on pregnant or breastfeeding women.
First of all, never touch your piercing with unwashed hands.
For good healing, you should not move or play with your piercing.

Care must be done twice a day (morning and evening) for 1 month, then daily washing is enough.

Above all, never remove your jewelry to do the care.

For external piercings - To be done for 4 weeks
Cleaning: Mild pH neutral soap on non-woven compress.
Rinsing: Physiological serum on non-woven compress.
Drying: Non-woven compress, dabbing
Aseptic: Apply the antiseptic on non-woven compress. (3 days maximum)
Exception:
for the nostril follow the care of external piercings but for the inside of the nostril, clean only with physiological serum.
for the septum, clean only with physiological serum.
for the microdermal, do not do asepsis after cleaning.

For internal piercings - Tongue, smiley, frowly, sub-lingual To be done for 15 days
Alcohol-free mouthwash 2 times a day (morning and evening).
Rinse your mouth with clean water after each meal, cigarette, drink.
Avoid eating too hot, very spicy, too salty.
For mixed piercings (internal and external) Mouth contours - To be done for 3 weeks
Practice internal and external piercing care at the same time.
  • inflammations (redness, slight swelling and moderate pain) are common during the healing process.
          Tip: put your saline solution in the refrigerator and apply a compress soaked in cold saline solution for 1 to 15 minutes several times a day. !!! It relieves!!! and the inflammation subsides quickly.

    Be careful, a growth is not a keloid. Keloids appear in very rare cases and most often require surgery.
    infections, they are very rare and are the result of bacteria entering your body through your piercing. The symptoms are most often: Fever, very red, very hot, very painful, swelling not limited to the piercing area, and discharge of yellow / green pus, very odorous.
